About the Firm

Alex M. Neill, Esq., was born and raised in Kalispell, Montana. Alex earned her law degree in 2010 from Lewis and Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon. Alex became licensed to practice law in Montana in May 2011, and has practiced in Flathead County since that time. Alex worked as a prosecutor for the Flathead County Attorney's Office for five years, and has extensive experience in Whitefish City Court, Columbia Falls City Court, Kalispell City Court, Flathead County Justice Court, and Flathead County District Court. Alex has also appeared in Federal Court in Missoula. 

Alex's experience ranges from jury trials and criminal defense to all family law matters, including child custody, dissolution (divorce). 

In her free time, Alex enjoys hiking, skiing, and watching her children compete in rodeo.
